We offer this course of study for the reshaping your self and your future. People move towards self-development for many different reasons, such as life transitions, breakdowns, self-improvement, gaining wisdom, and finding purpose. SI has a unique methodology for change. We cultivate positive, nurturing life narratives; balanced, useful emotional responses; and, deep connection to the wisdom of our bodies. If you are ready for a change, if you are prepared to change your life towards more satisfaction and fulfillment, this course of study is for you.

Leadership in Action

Begin the process of inquiry and practice to identify your personal style and start to remove barriers that are keeping you from fulfilling your goals. We will assist you in moving through life’s transitions and changes; defining your calling and purpose; finding work/life balance; and learning the pragmatic practices designed for you to have the life you want. This is a two-session program which leads off this course of study.

Prerequisite: None - all welcome

Strozzi Bodywork Seminar

For those on a path of personal transformation, you will learn (feel, see) how the body and self are indistinguishable. You will understand yourself somatically and how your personal history and experiences have shaped your world and how you act in it. You will also begin or continue the process of unwinding the limiting aspects of one’s history to allow for a future that is more satisfying and fulfilling.

Prerequisite: None (Leadership in Action is recommended)

School of Embodied Leadership

This is a five-and-a-half day intensive practice for individuals to develop the mental, emotional, and physical fitness that optimizes and enhances one’s ability to face life’s challenges. Separate, life-altering sessions for men and women.
