Leadership Mastery Testimonials

Thank you all for the wonderful experience! Even though it was extremely challenging, the methodology spoke volumes to me. Each and every metaphor had tremendous meaning. My bookshelves are filled with hundreds of books on leadership that I have read over the years. Yet this four-day experience taught me more than all of those books combined. I am applying this learning to my work but more importantly to my life NOW!

I have attended many personal transformation workshops and professional development trainings. This training by far had the most positive impact for me. I learned at the 'somatic' level of the body by "doing" not just hearing or seeing. Insight was gained at the highest level. I learned in ways I did not know were possible. We also had the benefit of learning some extremely good discipline that I plan to take to my members to teach them Leadership qualities thus resulting in stronger groups, stronger members, more successful companies and chairing with a real sense of calm. In addition to the professional benefit, the learnings apply to your personal life in a very intimate way.

As a participant in Strozzi Institute Courses, I am deeply grateful for the skills I've honed: powerful public speaking, decisive and effective action where appropriate, creating opportunities out of conflict, developing trusting relationships, leading and following where each is called for, and being an effective manager of mood, both mine and others. I owe these to a masterful and dedicated coaching staff, who bring their expertise to bear with skill, wisdom, and a refreshing lightness of being. Strozzi Institute should be required learning for anyone interested in developing their leadership abilities.

My participation in Strozzi Institute courses has had a significant impact on my ability to assess people and then take action. I listen closer. I make better assessments because I have built skill of listening to the behavior of a candidate and how they express themselves. I find that I no longer just react to what they say, but listen to my reaction and note what triggered it. By listening better, I am able to communicate with them in a way that relaxes them and I am able to observe them in a more natural/comfortable state. This enables me to make a more true recommendation regarding their candidacy and therefore impact their future.

I have become a better leader. My capacity to hold a clear vision for my company has increased substantially because I have learned how to say no to the distractions and detours that used to throw me off track. As a result, both clients and colleagues trust my leadership and my organization more.
