Leadership in Action

Begin the process of inquiry and practice to identify your personal leadership style and start to remove barriers that are keeping you from fulfilling your goals. Build on Strozzi Institute principles and practices as you refine your leadership competency and create sustainable change. This is a two-session program. Session 1 is principles and practices, and session 2 is about embodying new leadership skills.

Prerequisite: None - all welcome

School of Embodied Leadership

This is a five-and-a-half day intensive practice for emerging and established leaders to develop the mental, emotional, and physical fitness that optimizes leadership performance. Separate, life-altering sessions for men and women.

Prerequisite: None (Leadership in Action recommended)

Leadership Coaching

Coaching is relevant for leaders at all levels of an organization. Coaches are invaluable to all types of performance disciplines because they are able to observe the performer and offer distinctions that the performer cannot see him/herself. One-on-one coaching can have tremendous benefits when accompanied with Strozzi Institute courses. One receives both the benefit of the group process in the courses and focused individual coaching to deepen and further the process of learning and change.
