Embodied Leadership or Leadership Presence is the key to what Strozzi Institute (previously known as Rancho Strozzi Institute), founded by Dr Richard Strozzi-Heckler trains, coaches and consults in. Mastery of professional development for individuals, or corprate teams is taught through experiential learning workshops at the Leadership Dojo. The Leadership Dojo is Dr Richard Strozzi Heckler's term for the space in which his experiential learning takes place.
